With Aashirvaad Rice Dosa Mix you can prepare crispy, smooth and authentic Dosas in a jiffy. Rice Dosa Mix from Aashirvaad is free from preservatives.

Aashirvaad Rice Dosa Mix Ingredients :

Rice flour (70.0%), Urad dal flour, Wheat flour, Iodised Salt, Acidity regulator (INS 296) and Raising Agent (INS 500 (ii)).

Aashirvaad Rice Dosa Mix Cooking Instructions :

* Uniformly mix contents of this pack with 400 ml water.

* Allow the batter to stand for 5 mins.

* Heat the tava. Sprinkle some salt. Brush off the salt after 2-3 mins.

* Spread one small cup of batter on the heated tava. Adda a spoonful of ghee or oil on and around the spread batter. Fry on low flame till golden brown.

* Once removed, rub the tava gently with damp cloth, to cool the surface. Repeat steps 4 & 5 with the reamining batter.Serve hot with chutney. This pack makes 8 Dosas.
