Organic India Organic Yellow Mustard Seeds
Yellow Mustard Seeds can be used in pickling, tempering and cooking-especially Bengali dishes, meat and fish marinades and grilled veggies. Lightly pound the seeds and soak in cold water, milk or vinegar for 1/2 hour. Grind to a rough paste, stir well for 5 minutes with a wooden spoon. Refrigerate and use as desired.
