Bhadradarvadi Kashayam is a combination of Devadaru (Cedrus deodara), Tagara (Valeriana wallichi), Kushta (Saussurea lappa), Bala (Sida cordifolia) and Dasamoola (the group of ten anti-inflammatory roots).
It is a mild Vata-hara combination that pacifies deranges Vata and strengthens its functions.
It balances ‘Vatakopa’ in the lungs and abdominal region. Relieves breathing disorders and wheezing, chronic cough and abdominal cramps
It facilitates smooth downward movement of ‘Apanavayu’. This normalises the digestion and excretory function. Relieves abdominal flatus and bloating.
It relieves inflammatory pain, swelling and rigidity in joints.
It replenishes and nourishes synovial fluid and articulating surfaces.
